Use Create a Team Life account. We email you a link to confirm your email address; tapping it finishes setup.

Check your spam or junk folder first, and give it a couple of minutes. If it still hasn't come, go back to Create a Team Life account and submit again with the same email — we'll send a fresh link (you can do this once a minute). If you see “We couldn't send your confirmation email,” wait a few minutes and try again, or email info@ncrtl.org.

Use Forgot your password?. We email a link (good for 1 hour, one use) to choose a new one. It also signs you out of other devices.

If you agreed to be contacted on the guide, we emailed you a link to set a password and claim your account. Or use “Forgot your password?” with the same email.

Members are placed on the team for their county automatically, once an administrator has created it. Church and group teams you can join yourself in My Settings (if enabled).

Administrators see every member. A team manager sees only the people on the teams they lead, and sees your email and phone only if you leave “Let the leaders of my teams see my email and phone” checked in My Settings. Other members never see your email or phone.

Not yet. Texting is not turned on. You can record your choice in My Settings; when texting launches we'll text once asking you to reply Y to confirm before anything else is sent. You can always reply STOP.

Click Unsubscribe at the bottom of any email, or uncheck the email box in My Settings.

My Settings → Delete my account. It permanently removes your information.

Administrator: sees every member, changes settings, manages teams and roles, reads the Audit Log. Manager: leads teams, sees and emails only the members of teams they lead. Roles are set on a member's page under Admin → Members.

Visitors who aren't signed in see a separate site password before the admin area. Signing in with your own account also works.

Admin → Settings has switches for statewide totals, teammate names, the team leaderboard, and whether members may join groups themselves.

Admin → Message members sends email to people who are verified, opted in and not unsubscribed. Managers can only reach their own teams. Every send is logged.
